Excellence In Education Awards
The Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce, Chugiak-Eagle River Community Foundation and Enstar will be recognizing an outstanding educator from each of our 12 public schools in Chugiak-Eagle River. Over the past 15 years, we have developed "Excellence in Education Award" to draw attention to the high quality of education actively happening in our home town and to provide a place to say "thank you" to our leading educators!
Each of the schools' recipients will be honored at a dinner to be held on Tuesday March 22nd from 5:30 PM - 7:30/8:00(ish) PM at the Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center. The ASD Superintendent has been invited to attend and assist in making the award, along with a representative from the Chamber Board of Directors, CER Foundation and Enstar.
The recipient and their principal will be our guests with a complimentary dinner on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, Eagle River Area Rotary, and the Eagle River Foundation. We invite all others (spouses, coworkers, friends, etc.) to join us for this fun evening event to celebrate greatness in our schools!
Dinner is $30.00 and will include dinner, dessert and beverages. Tables also available for purchase. If you have any dietary restrictions please contact info@cer.org by Monday March 7th
