Here's my favorite picture from Cupid Doesn't Flip Hamburgers. It was originally called Cupid Doesn't Flip Pancakes. My youngest son loved to mix up concoctions in the kitchen-much like Eddie and Howie do in the book.

Some of you may know I have moved a lot because of my husband's job (he was a medicinal chemist). We moved from Kentucky to Texas, Texas to California, California to Illinois, Illinois to Colorado, Colorado to Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania to Tennessee. In most of the places I've lived I've been lucky enough to join a writing critique group and meet lovely writers. In Texas, I met Anastasia Suen who has a fabulous slew of writing workshops.
