Laudato Sí webinar

In 2015, Pope Francis issued a papal encyclical (a letter to the faithful on a particular area of church teaching or doctrine) titled, Laudato Sí – Praise Be to You, On Care for our Common Home. Since then, the encyclical has informed ecumenical, inter-faith and broader societal discussions about climate change and a range of related issues. As part of our Creation Care: Climate Action education focus, PWRDF Public Engagement Program Coordinator Suzanne Rumsey offers a webinar describing what Laudato Sí does (and does not) contain, what some of the responses to it have been, and how it informs ongoing efforts to address the future of “our common home.”
