NYC Dining & Event Curfews Extended
Governor Cuomo has announced that starting Monday, April 19, 2021, restaurants may operate for on-premises dining until 12:00 a.m., instead of requiring restaurants to close for on-premises dining at 11:00 p.m. All customers will be required to be out of the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor dining spaces at 12:00 a.m., though takeout and delivery may continue past 12:00 a.m.

Additionally, starting Monday April 19, 2021, the curfew for in-person and catered events will be extended to 1:00 a.m., instead of 12:00 a.m. While all attendees will need to vacate the premises by 1:00 a.m., employees may remain on premises after that time in order to clean up after the event.
