February 28, 2021
Dear Charlotte Catholic High School Families,

I appreciate your continued patience, understanding and support as we continue to be proactive in our management of COVID-19 within our community.

Beginning tomorrow, Monday, March 1, CCHS will move to Model B (Hybrid). This model will limit the number of students on campus. Half the students will attend in person, while the other half learns remotely. The schedule will alternate each day. Sports and extra-curricular activities will continue to operate normally.

The reason for the shift is due to the number of current positive cases, which places Charlotte Catholic on the matrix for Model B. Our goal is to return to full in-person instruction on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.

Friday, March 5 is a half-day and there will be no classes. Teachers will be available from 7:40 AM -12:00 noon remotely for students who need extra help. As a reminder, Monday March 8 is the Bishop's day off.

The schedule for the remainder of this week is as follows:
Please do not send your child to school if they are displaying any symptoms of illness.

If you learn that your student has tested positive for COVID-19, please call the school immediately at 704-543-1127. If it is after hours or on the weekend, please contact Assistant Principal Maria Leahy at MMLeahy@charlottecatholic.com.

Sincerely,
Kurt Telford, Principal
