2022 Lent Sermon Series "Witnesses to Christ" You will not want to miss it!

Join us for Ash Wednesday Worship

We will have a guest preacher March 6th - Rev. Dr. Tilahun Mendedo from Lutheran Bible Translators. Dr. Mendedo will discuss Luther's passion for bible translate, the LBT services and who they serve. He will also share his journey with us and the lives changed by LBT.

Announcing a new Adult Bible Study Series starting March 13th meet in the Fellowship Hall at 8:45am. Don't forget to get your donut and coffee.

Abiding Savior has invited First Lutheran to join the Concordia University Chicago Wind Symphony Concert on March 5th and the  St. Paul Lutheran High School Choir Concert on March 17th.  Both events will be at 7pm and are free and open to the public.

March Baseball & Softball This March the entire congregation is invited to join in on FLC & Abiding Savior Youth Spring Break Events! We have reserved seating for a UF Baseball & UF Softball Game. Join in the fun on March 25 & 26. Family Devotions Join DCE Stephanie Karolus for weekly devotions on our Facebook Page! Join us this November as we begin a new book for Family Devotions! Sign up to be put on the list of folks who will provide food for the train. When we know of a family that can use the help, Leeann/Katherine will contact folks on the train to schedule. Information on food allergies and such will be found out and passed along. If you cannot or don't have time to cook but want to contribute you may order food and have it delivered on your scheduled night.
