Chef Jos� heads to Euphoria
Chef Jos� will be participating in Euphoria, a higher state of food, wine and music festival in Greenville, S.C., next month. Euphoria is a fun-filled weekend that includes exclusive tasting events, cooking demonstrations and wine seminars, as well as multi-course dinners and live musical performances! Chef Jos� will be one of the featured chefs and is partnering with the new Passerelle Bistro in Greenville to prepare a delicious "Night in Paris" meal. Cochon Heritage BBQ Event
Our very own chef Jos� will be one of the chef judges for the upcoming Cochon Heritage BBQ in Memphis on Friday, August 30 at Beale Street Landing. Cochon is not your typical BBQ contest. Teams of chefs compete to fix dishes utilizing one whole heritage breed pig.
