February 7-February 20

Closed for President's Day
The library will be closed on February 21st for a staff in service day. We look forward to serving our patrons when we resume normal operating hours on the 22nd.
Hoopla Now Available on Android Auto and CarPlay
Listen to music and audiobooks more safely and easily using your vehicle’s in-dash display. hoopla’s Android Auto and Apple CarPlay experiences streamline the playback controls for an easier experience to only those most commonly used.
Another Successful Winter Reading Challenge
The winners of our Raffle Prizes have been awarded and you can see some of the winners below.

The library had 124 readers participate in the 2022 Winter Read Challenge who logged 1416 books in their Beanstack accounts! 109 participants reached the Completion Badge by reading 4 books. There were 98 activity badges earned in the new activities section that coincided with this year's theme of “Read for a Better World”. The library also saw a 20% increase in digital downloads in January- this is fantastic!

41 participants attended our Ice Skating Party at Hobart Arena. This was our first-ever Skating Party that was a reward offered to everyone who reached the completion badge. This event was a great success, so look for it again next year!

Thank you to our sponsors who contributed coupon prizes: Dairy Queen, Fazoli’s in Troy, Topsy Turvy Toys, the Potts Family Culvers, and the Scott Family McDonald’s, and to the staff at Hobart Arena for working with us for our Skating Party!

Thanks to all our readers who participated and we’ll see you in June for the Summer Reading Challenge! In the meantime, you can continue to use your Beanstack account to log the books you read and earn reading streaks badges for reading consecutive days.
