FOSTERS & ADOPTIONS NEEDED URGENTLY!

We are at max capacity in our kitten/cat spaces. Every time a shelter animal is able to leave the shelter for a foster home, space is created for another deserving homeless pet who needs a second chance. Please consider fostering one of our cuties today!!

If you’re able to help foster please contact foster@homewardboundnj.org and fill out our foster questionnaire below to get started!

KITTIES IN THE CITY
AMERICAN AS PEANUT BUTTER APPLES
We are thankful for all the support we get from the community and Sap's Produce made it so that our furry friends could enjoy a nice delicious apple on these hot days.

Our wonderful kennel attendants made sure to decore the apples so that they wouldn't eat them. Once they were decored they began to put our furry friend's favorite treat PEANUT BUTTER!!! As soon as we finished prepping the peanut butter apples, we gave our furry friends apples. They heard that an apple a day keeps the doctors away, so they quickly devoured them.

HOMEWARD BOUND- ADOPTABLE PETS
This adorable duo is Walter and Jessica, Jessica is blind but that does not stop her from living the best life with her best friend Walter who is her seeing eye cat. Walter is 4 years old and Jessica is 8 years old this does not stop them from being there for one another. They often play with one another and are always together.
Rocco likes his jokes punny and his movies slapstick. He enjoys a good laugh, has a quick smile and a sparkle in his eye. He is a bouncy little guy who kinda resembles a bug. Those ears could be antennae when he moves them just right. He is missing an eye but he only needs one to see his favorite person!
