Holland, Inc. is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Davidson Co., Inc. of Meriden, d/b/a Davidson Specialty Foods, in its sale to C & S Wholesale Grocers, the United State's largest grocery wholesaler.
Davidson Specialty Foods based in Newington, CT, is the largest specialty food distributor within its East Coast region. The Company has over forty years of experience distributing specialty, ethnic, kosher, and kosher frozen lines. Since its advent in 1974, the Company has grown to include over 6,000 products, distributing across New England and the New York metropolitan area.
Bob and Jim Rowe will continue to manage the Davidson business, ensuring continued personalized customer service.
