In response to a significant number of questions employers have regarding the announcement last week concerning the vaccine mandates and testing protocols issued by the Biden White House, The Chamber of Catawba County will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, September 21st at 4 pm to discuss the following topics:

• Who would an OSHA mandate apply to – common ownership, private vs government vs. nonprofits, how to count 100 employees
• Medical provider and federal contractor mandates
• Expected effective dates of the requirements
• Testing vs mandate – when is it an option?
• What are the expected penalties for noncompliance
