Pennridge FISH Clothing Room
Please consider donating new women's and children's socks and underwear, and new OR used kitchen utensils, towels, dishcloths, dishes, bakeware, glasses, pots and pans, and small appliances, such as toasters, can openers, and coffee makers during the month of May. Place these items with the FISH food donations at the side entrance by the carport, and they will be delivered to FISH each week.
 
Beloved Community Garden-VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Volunteers are needed to donate vegetable plants and supplies, weed, plant, water and harvest vegetables again this year. Contact the church office if you think you will be able to help in any way.
 
Prayer Shawls
Remember to take a prayer shawl located in the Round Room, if you or someone you know is in need of comfort and prayers.

Lutheran Disaster Response - Ukraine
Many people in eastern Ukraine are in need of humanitarian assistance. As the attack on Ukraine continues, the devastating crisis threatens lives, health systems and livelihoods. Please donate by making a check payable to St. Matthew’s, with “LDR - Ukraine” marked on the envelope OR you may click here to go online to St. Matthew's website and look under ELCA and put your amount in Lutheran Disaster Response - Ukraine. 

Let's reach our goal of 100 lbs of food a week for the month of May! Here are some suggestions for donations to Pennridge FISH.
Much needed items: salad dressing, brown rice, hot chocolate, canned items (beets, spinach, SPAM®, sardines, pineapple), mayonnaise, sugar, ketchup, mustard, coffee, ice tea, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, tissues, toothpaste, laundry detergent, dish soap, diapers 3T-6T.
Other items needed: apples, oranges, onions, potatoes, oatmeal, applesauce, misc. nuts, boxed mashed potatoes, white rice, meal helpers (hamburger, tuna, Rice-A-Roni®), dry beans, salt & pepper, pickles, cooking oil, shelf stable grated cheese, alfredo sauce, shelf stable meals (Hormel® Completes), canned beef stew, ham, chicken, jelly, toothbrushes, razors, toilet paper, diapers (size 5-7) style Pull-Ups® trainers & nighttime. Here are some other ideas on what to donate.
