HalloVerde Recap

HalloVerde was a howling success! The kickoff parade in the Pocket Park drew about twenty children and families to start off the evening's festivities.


Up to 50-60 trick-or-treaters paraded through the neighborhood and filled their pumpkins with candy. Over 50 homes joined in the fun and made the night even more special for the kids in their cute costumes! It's safe to say that this was the biggest Palo Verde Halloween in years.


We would like to make HalloVerde 2024 even bigger and better. Keep your eyes peeled next October to join in the fun! And see some of this year's fun in the photos below.

Palo Verde Neighborhood Thanksgiving Food Drive

Now Through November 19

Youth On Their Own (YOTO) is a dropout prevention program that supports the high school graduation and continued success of youth experiencing homelessness in Pima County.


During the month of November, the Palo Verde Neighborhood Association runs a food drive to help our neighborhood support YOTO and the many students who use their services. 


Drop off goods at these locations during daytime hours:

Movie Meetup on Thursday, November 9 at 7 p.m.

ATTENTION ALL MOVIE FANS: The November MeetUp Movie will be THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th at 7PM. The movie will be…Priscilla


Through Priscilla’s eyes, Oscar-winning filmmaker Sofia Coppola tells the unseen side of a great American myth in Elvis and Priscilla’s long courtship and turbulent marriage, from a German army base to his dream-world estate at Graceland, in this deeply felt and ravishingly detailed portrait of love, fantasy, and fame, starring Cailee Spaeny as Priscilla and Jacob Elordi as Elvis. 


This MeetUp provides an opportunity for you to get to know your neighbors. We will be selecting one movie each month at The Loft. Individuals attending will be responsible for purchasing their tickets and beverages. The Loft donates free membership popcorn. All are welcome!!!
