FAQs, Cost Containment Standards, and Updated AHFA Posted
OHFA has posted an FAQ page for the 2022-2023 Qualified Allocation Plan. FAQs will be accepted at QAP@ohiohome.org through January 14th.

An updated AHFA has also been posted to the website, changes were made to the hard cost calculation on the budget page and the applicable tax credit percentage cell has been unlocked on the Housing Credit Tab.

The 2022 Cost Containment Standards are now posted.
Pre-Draft Comment Period Opens for BGF and HDGF Guidelines
OHFA is accepting pre-draft comments on the Bond Gap Financing Program Year 2022 Guidelines and the Housing Development Gap Financing Program Year 2022 Guidelines.

Comments may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org until January 24th 2022.
