Dear SCS School Families,

Please take a moment to review all of the information provided within this newsletter regarding preparation and payment for next school year. We've included the following information about the 2021 - 2022 School Year:
  • Important Dates - Holidays & "No Aftercare" Days
  • We are hopeful that COVID restrictions will be lifted by August and before care and aftercare can be reinstated. Details will be shared as we get closer to August.
  • Tuition & Fees - Information, Payment Process & Deadline - April 30

This newsletter will serve as the "March Mailer" referenced in the registration and admissions communications back in February. If you have any questions about anything contained in this email, please feel free to reach out with questions.

The biggest changes as it relates to tuition for next year are that tuition is due by Friday, April 30 AND we WILL NOT be accepting checks in the school office to pay for tuition and fees. All payments must go through the First Bank & Trust Online Portal which will open for all SCS families on Monday, March 29.

In an effort to help our families with planning, we publish important dates for the upcoming school year in the Spring of the previous year.

Please review and make note of school holidays and days with no aftercare. In the event one of these dates change (which some inevitably do), we will let you know well in advance, so you can plan accordingly. We hope this helps you have a better idea of what next school year looks like!

2021 - 2022 Tuition & Fees are DUE no later than April 30, 2021.

St Catherine of Siena School and First Bank & Trust will partner for the 2021-2022 school year for the management of tuition and fees. First Bank and Trust offers a convenient, secure portal for the one-time payment of tuition and fees or for the financing of tuition with a First Bank and Trust tuition loan. 

All payments for tuition and fees will be paid online through First Bank & Trust. *NO CHECKS will be collected through the front office.* Families must either pay tuition in full with a bank draft (electronic check), credit card, or debit card through First Bank & Trust; OR set up a Loan through First Bank & Trust. All payments must be made by April 30, 2021. Failure to meet your financial obligations will result in the student’s removal from the school roster.

To get a copy of your 2021 - 2022 SCS Invoice, you can log into the First Bank & Trust Portal (or register for the first time following instructions on attachment below) and print a copy from your Online Dashboard. It is IMPORTANT to note that the SCS Bursar WILL NOT be emailing an invoice as in year's past.

All students in PreK 3 - 7th grade are required to wear an SCS School Uniform. The details of what is required for each grade level is outlined below as well as a link to shop online at Schiro's School Time & Schumacher's.

The SCS Swap Shop houses our uniform exchange program and is located on the 1st floor of the Sr. Imelda Building. Dates of operation are routinely listed on the school calendar. There is 1 more opportunity to visit the Swap Shop before the end of this school year - April 15 at 5:30pm (before CoOp Meeting). Check the SCS Calendar for Swap Shop Dates in the summer.
