Docket Deadline: Please submit reports and docket information to the stated clerk no later than January 14. Her email address is sandra@staugpres.org.
Zoom Meeting Guidelines: Each voting member participating by Zoom will need an individual computer or tablet in order to vote on meeting business. Our updated meeting guidelines, which will reflect the hybrid meeting experience, will be posted in mid-January.

Commissioner Training: By mid-January we will also share the schedule for the stated clerk's new commissioner training (open to all commissioners, whether new or not). This will include a brief review of meeting business, parliamentary procedure, and in-person and Zoom guidelines for being recognized, voting, etc.

Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Certified Christian Educators, Commission Chairs, Coordinating Council Members, and Ruling Elder Commissioners who are unable to attend must submit an excuse request to the stated clerk by email to sandra@staugpres.org or by phone at (904) 612-9766 (cell), or by mail.

Additional Commissioners*: Churches sending additional ruling elder commissioners for the one year term that began in May 2021 (number in parentheses is total):
Branford (2)
Calvin (2)
Community (2)
Countryside (2)
*Churches send additional commissioners to ensure that we have "parity" between teaching elder and ruling elder commissioners. The list changes each year at the Spring Stated Meeting.
The mission of the Presbytery of St. Augustine is to support our faith community so that together we are a greater witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
