Once we get FINAL approval (in several coming weeks) from the various governments we'll move forward with registration paperwork, project fees, airfare, etc. We're currently finalizing plans with our host countries for conducting our projects safely in 2021.

*These project fees are non-refundable. They'll be kept on account through 2024 if our projects are cancelled due to Covid-19 or any other reason. You'll be able to use them for a future year through '24.

Other IMPORTANT INFO for 2021 Covid Vaccines: Our host countries require ALL 2021 GS!I volunteers to provide proof of vaccination to participate in our 2021 projects.  You'll upload this document when you complete your registration paperwork via DocuSign.  Airfare: DO NOT PURCHASE AIRFARE YET Your "conditional approval" means your spot is saved on your project of choice. We'll give you the green light to book your flight when we receive final approval from the various governments. We'll send you an official approval email when that time comes.
