Simsbury Public Library Virtual Event
The Simsbury Public Library is hosting an event called, "How Landlord-Tenant Relations Will Change After COVID." They will be discussing how leasing commercials spaces has changed since the start of COVID-19.

The virtual event will offer a commercial leasing expert's perspective on the give and take between tenants and landlords over the last few months and the approaches he recommends for the long term.

Town Tax Relief
The tax relief programs that the Board of Selectmen adopted back in April were extended for the January 1 tax bills. There is an application required for the tax deferment program, which is due by 1/31. The low interest rate program is automatic.
