Rx.Health is a leading patient engagement, outreach, and monitoring company providing a digital “front door” for healthcare providers with simplified communications, workflow efficiencies, and AI-enabled analytics. Embedded in The MAC Navigation System, Rx. Health services will empower MAC Navigators and MACers to easily schedule appointments, disseminate valuable educational content, and access key information and ancillary services to optimize MACer and MAC Member interactions. Across every unique case and episode of care, the goal is to ensure full care team involvement in support of the journey and in enhancing the quality of life for each MAC Member.
What is Rx.Health doing now? Rx.Health just completed an on-site 2-day meeting with The MAC team to coordinate all project activities required to complete Phase 1. Rx.Health was very impressed with the facility and look forward to building out the digital functionality for extended medical and non-medical services for MAC Members of all ages, within one integrated and coordinated platform!

The Dual-Diagnosis Clinic, operated by The Center for Health Care Services (CHCS) Long-Term Care Division, is a psychiatric service provided to individuals who are impacted by both intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. The clinic provides psychiatric support via psychiatric assessment and medication management. CHCS's plan is to provide clinical services via a full-time Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with clinical supervision from a MD Psychiatrist. The Dual-Diagnosis Clinic currently supports 170 patients at our Drexel location with a part-time Psychiatrist while recruitment to fill the full-time Nurse Practitioner vacancy. Once the Nurse Practitioner position is filled, CHCS will expand services to approximately 350-400 patients at The MAC. |

2-Day Work Session
Development of the MAC Navigation System is moving ahead at full speed. On January 18th and 19th, the MAC Team along with Dedalus, TopBox, and Rx.Health gathered to lay the groundwork for Phase I of the new system. Activities of the two day work session included discussions of building a deliverable product backlog, prioritizing and organizing user stories. Testing sprints were determined and we have a completion date of April 15th scheduled.

The MAC is designing three Quiet Rooms where individuals can use to stim or retreat when feeling overstimulated. These Quiet Rooms will be located on the first floor, with each room having its own theme. |

Pink Noise

At The MAC, pink noise will be used to help those with special needs not be disturbed or harmed by outside noises. This will help when meeting with Navigators and MACers to ensure privacy and reduce distracting sounds. Just another way The MAC will be Ultra Accessible™.

Morgan’s Inclusion Initiative is excited to announce Morgan’s Wonderland theme park will be back open for business on March 4th, 2022! And boy are our guests in store for a treat. First of all, entertainment is back in full force. “Music, Mutts, Magic, & More” will return for Spring Break. Guests can expect to be entertained by comedy magic with The Astonishing Mr. Pitts, our popular acrobatic dog show, Pups and Pals, and so much more.

Morgan’s Wonderland also has new attractions in Sensory Village. Exploration Station offers a variety of new interactive activities, including taking selfies with a touchscreen kiosk and watching as they are placed in another world using augmented reality, There is also an animated sandbox that is both educational and interactive. Kids and adults just love it! |
