Center Closed for Holiday Break
It’s been a hard year with the pandemic causing widespread disruption, so this holiday season is a great opportunity to try to restore our mental and physical strength.

Our offices will be closed starting Thursday, December 24th, 2020 and will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2020.

2021 Person-Centered Planning: LifeCourse Planning Tools
Charting the LifeCourse, a universally-designed person-centered planning framework, is a tool to assist individuals and families of all abilities and ages to develop a vision of a good life. Participants in this session will understand the importance of person-centered/futures planning, become familiar with the LifeCourse tools, and how to use them to support the development of the IEP and Transition Planning.

The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), in partnership with the RESC Alliance, is conducting an outreach to middle and high school students. They want to hear about how students are learning through the pandemic, and what Connecticut Schools can do to make them feel even more connected, energized, and enthusiastic about learning this year.
Take Advantage of Free Internet Access for Students
 If you or a member of your family is a public school student in Connecticut and you don’t currently have Internet at home, you are eligible for a year of free at-home internet through Governor Lamont’s Everybody Learns Initiative. Just call your school to learn more. You can call 2-1-1 to find a low-cost plan that works for you or click below for more information.
