Greetings Chatham Hall Families,
Happy New Year! As we are eagerly awaiting your return to campus, I am writing to share some reminders about guidelines and procedures for Sunday. Please take some time to review this letter and its links this weekend.
Health Questionnaire
If you have not done so already, please fill out this form today for Sunday arrivals. If you are not arriving on Sunday, please fill the form out 2 days prior to your arrival.
Arrival
Campus reopens at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. The first meal will be delivered at 6:15 p.m., so please plan accordingly.
- Please be sure to update REACH immediately when you arrive on campus and report to Dutch for testing before going to your room.
In an effort to mitigate risk of community exposure as much as possible, parents will not be allowed in the buildings at this time.
Testing
The nurses will be stationed in Dutch for testing and turning in any medications. They will have the floor taped with distance markers and a privacy screen for conducting the actual test. It is extremely important that you are wearing your mask properly and following the distancing markers to minimize risk of possible exposure.
Quarantine
Please read the following quarantine guidelines carefully. They are similar to the guidelines you received for quarantine in August.
It is my hope that you are returning to us refreshed and with optimistic excitement for what this new year may bring. We are so very appreciative of each of our family’s commitment to quarantine protocols leading up to re-entry. We have missed each and every one of you over the past few weeks and continue to miss those who have not yet been able to join us in person. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
