The 32 hour Work Week!
At Cross we work a 32 hour work week (8 hours a day, 4 days each week). Amazingly, we are able to accomplish as much as other companies do working 5 days a week and typically more than 8 hours per day. Folks are encouraged to stop work and go home to be with their families and maintain a proper home/work balance. The staff has remained both physically and mentally healthy as they apply a more even focus to their lives, not being solely focused on their identity at work. One goal is to allow our employees time to enjoy a day to rest and reflect on who we are and who our creator has made us to be.
