Important Health & Safety Updates

We have updated our quarantine protocols to provide further clarification as it pertains to students who have previously had COVID-19.

If your student is identified as a Close Contact to a positive case on or off campus and has already had COVID-19, they have two options:

  1. If your student tested positive for COVID-19 90 days of their close contact, they do NOT need to observe a period of quarantine provided they remain asymptomatic and you have submitted their positive test to the Health and Safety Task Force or School Nurse.
  2. If your student tested positive for COVID-19 greater than 90 days before their close contact, you must submit a current positive antibody test to the Health and Safety Task Force or School Nurse in order to be exempt from quarantine.

All students are required to participate in and document community service.

Students who attend Holy Trinity for all four years of grades 9-12 are required to complete a minimum of 100 hours of community service as a graduation requirement.

Students are encouraged to engage in service for non-profit agencies. In addition to their own research, students may find information about service opportunities via onCampus and chapel announcements.  Students whose community service hours are not current (12.5 hours per semester for the prior semester) at the announced deadlines will not be considered for membership in honor societies, leadership opportunities, or class office.

Deadlines are as follows:
  • February 1 for hours due by the end of the Fall semester
  • September 1 for hours due by the end of the Spring semester
HT Welcomes Reverend Porter Taylor as Interim Chaplain
A big Tiger welcome to Reverend Porter C. Taylor, Interim Chaplain at our Upper School. Rev. Porter is the Rector at St. David’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Cocoa Beach. We are most grateful to St. David’s for sharing him with us and to Rev. Porter himself for splitting his time to lead our chapel services during the week, as we continue our search for a permanent Chaplain. Learn more about Reverend Porter HERE.
