Outdoor Yoga Experiences

Life Recovery / Soul Chill Yoga / Yoga in the Parks

Life Recovery Yoga is half soothing yoga and half circle sharing. You are not alone in healing! Create connection in a safe space. $5/class every Tuesday and Thursday 7pm @ Red Hill, Sunday in the Studio. Class also available live-stream.


Soul Chill Special Fridays 6pm @ Red Hill

Soul Flow Yoga with Steph

Join Steph for this engaged practice of breath, posture and pause. We’ll increase our energy while exploring our edge while gaining confidence as we expand there. Equally opening and strengthening, this session will challenge focus in a positive way. Come enjoy a mindful workout to cleanse and fulfill your body’s needs.

 The vibration of singing uplifts and opens the heart space, while getting us out of our heads. Chanting is a form of meditation, we’ll let it help remove some cloudiness of mind and open our circle for a talking circle.
