Dear DHS Students and Families,

The Community Day on February 1 will prioritize in-person opportunities for sophomores but will also include options for students of all grade levels. These opportunities will be hosted during five, hour-long sessions:

  • Session 1: 9:15-10:15
  • Session 2: 10:30-11:30
  • Session 3: 11:45-12:45
  • Session 4: 1:00-2:00
  • Session 5: 2:15-3:15

Sophomores may sign up for general opportunities including the PERC and lyceum AND Sophomore ONLY options including the pool, yoga, climbing wall, and student council activities such as playing giant games or making blankets and stress balls.

Students of ALL grade levels may choose to attend the lyceum or PERC during the 5 Community Day sessions. Teachers may also host in-person classes or office hours. Teachers will inform students of these opportunities and how to sign up.

Students who are able to drive may park in the parking lot (no permit required). Students may also be dropped off at the main or back (east) entrance. Bus transportation is also available. Please complete this Google Form by Friday, January 29 at 8 AM to set up bus transportation.
