This month's issue of In Circulation features articles about the Libraries' changing environments, from the recent renovation of the Queen Lane Library to a look at wellness and learner environments.

With the completion of a summer-long project to transform one of Drexel’s health sciences libraries, the Queen Lane Library officially reopened its doors to the Drexel community on August 7, 2019.

Earlier this summer, Drexel Libraries staff attended a two-week online course, sponsored by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, that explored various aspects of a healthy workplace, including physical, mental and emotional components.


Shannon Sheridan wrapped up her NLM Fellowship with the Drexel Libraries this month, and we sat down to talk with her about her experience at Drexel, what she learned from her time here, and where she’s going next.

The Libraries will once again participate in Drexel's New Student Orientation Week, which starts the week before the fall term begins and includes plenty of activities to help incoming students find their way around their new home on Drexel's campus.
