RE: Binding Authority Suspended East of I95

Due to the threat posed by the tropical storm 16 brewing in the Atlantic and aimed at Virginia, binding authority for any new risk east of Interstate 95 in Virginia has been suspended effective immediately and will remain in effect through all of Sunday, 9/24/2024. 

We take this action very seriously and are committed to the best interest of our policyholders. Agents that have a pending quote should contact their underwriter to discuss how to best proceed.
