Learn about our newest airport economic analysis tool, TREDAir. TREDAir provides economic analysis for airport systems and individual airports. TREDAir analyzes the impact of airport operations, passenger operations, and visitor spending; providing crucial insights into economic development plans, capital plans, and tourism initiatives.
TECHNICAL UPDATES

Updated Economic Data, Forecast Data, and Default Factors: The TREDIS Team introduced the latest economic data and forecast data to the default factors used for new TREDIS projects.

Updated Logistics Cost Methods for Valuing Freight Transportation: The TREDIS Team improved freight functionality with new logistics cost methods. These improvements increase transparency and provide flexibility in freight valuations.

Updated Damage Costs for Valuing Emissions: The TREDIS Team improved the methodology for applying emissions valuations in line with the latest USDOT guidance.

TREDIS ECONOMIC LEADERSHIP GROUP

The TREDIS Economic Leadership Group, which meets quarterly, has members across policy, planning, and development agencies. This Group has contributed to discussions on various topics, such as TREDIS applications across DOTs and MPOs. This group has also contributed to roundtables on user-led developments.
