Thanksgiving Blessing Baskets
Family, food, sharing good times with others. We all have our favorite memories and traditions for Thanksgiving.

This year, consider sharing with local families by creating Blessing Baskets for the Middletown Food Bank.
They have turkeys for 75 Thanksgiving feasts, but need all the trimmings. MSY will make a basket from the studio. Join in the giving by making a basket by yourself or with some friends!

Here's how it works: Complete a Blessing Basket (see shopping list below) and take it to the Main Cup on Monday, November 7th between 11am - 8pm. You will receive 10% off your meal at the Main Cup that day or a $10 gift card off your next meal. The Food Bank will collect your basket, add a turkey, and give it to a local family for their Thanksgiving feast.

In loving memory of Beth Sakemiller
... forever in our hearts at MSY

Warm-hearted smile full of laughter, infinite kindness, concern for others, fun-loving MSY community member, gifted teacher, enthusiastic student of life, sincere yogini and seeker of peace and love in the world.

These are just a few impressions that come to mind when I remember Beth. She graced my early yoga classes in Braddock Heights and soon became an integral member of the MSY family as a long-time student, teacher of kids' yoga, and friend to all who were lucky enough to share paths with her. She came to all my yoga retreats, to our studio picnics and special events, and even spent a glorious week with us one summer at Kripalu. Beth's presence has always been felt at the studio through these many years, and will live forever in my heart and memories.

We are ever thankful, Beth, for all that you gave to the world! love, Carla
