Chinese Delegates Experience the South
Partnerships that Sell the South
Last month, Travel South USA hosted "Tastes & Tunes of the South - A Legendary Night" for the final evening reception at Active America China Sales Mission. Held at The Estate, a historic southern mansion in Atlanta, this "East
Meets South" soiree focused on Southern U.S. and Asian food, beverages and entertainment. 
The Active America China event, in addition to the Sales Mission, demonstrated to attendees how the Chinese outbound tourism market functions; it also provided best-practice tips and solutions on marketing to today's Chinese traveler.
This is the second time that Travel South has sponsored this event.

Making forays into Brazil
 Travel South USA journeys to Brazil this month to hold appointments and network at World Travel Mart Latin America. Eleven delegates from several states will be showcasing the South. The mission of this three-day B2B event is to promote our region to Latin American tour operators, media and prospective future visitors. While in Sao Paulo, TSUSA delegates will conduct intensive training about our destinations during the Visit USA Seminar, meet and discuss campaign results with tour operators and network through Brand USA sponsored events.
