A message from our Missions Pastor
Hey Legacy Family,
Thank you so much for your faithful giving to our general fund and your prayers. It has helped us impact our community and other parts of the world. We had a great September as we invested in Uganda and had an opportunity to serve the international college students of UTD.
I want to share that with your giving, we also had the opportunity to partner with Frisco Bible Church, supporting our friend Chad Bailey and his family as they launch a church in Celina with a group of 20 families. Would you pray with me for the Lord to do a great work with the Mills Community Church? Would you pray they shine the Gospel in their community so all those who don’t know Christ or are far removed from Christ will turn to Jesus within the assistance of this family of believers?
As you know we are already in October which means we have our Trunk or Treat outreach for families. Please get the message out to your friends and neighbors that we have a great event planned for October 30. I know some of you are looking for ways to participate so check out the Trunk or Treat Section below to find more details on ways to serve at this event.
If you missed out last fall and spring on our Personal Evangelism Class, you’re in luck because classes start back up again this month. Please sign up using the Register Now button in the Personal Evangelism Class Section below.
Just a quick sneak peek into November! Legacy Church will be hosting another Culture Wise event on November 13 called “Tech-Wise” a Conversation on Technology and Family. Be on the lookout for more information.
