My personal experience walking into the salon for an interview with Trinaty exceeded all expectations. What struck me most was the genuine focus on customer experience embedded in the salon's design. Learning that the building used to be a doctor's office added a fascinating layer to its history, highlighting the transformative journey that Island Style has undergone.
Trinaty, the heart and soul of the salon and spa, radiates joy and excitement when discussing her lifelong passion for the beauty profession. Her journey, which began with cutting her grandparents' hair at the age of 8, has evolved into Island Style, offering not only exceptional hair styling services but also a complete spa experience for the community.
