We're delighted to share that our Break Through Tech programs have become successful talent pipelines for so many of your organizations. We have now partnered with almost 200 companies bringing our amazing students to your teams - and as a result 60% of all students in our programs receive offers for full-time paid summer internships or jobs. Employers who have integrated our programs into their tech talent recruitment strategy have achieved gender parity in their tech internship cohort within two years.
