Changes To Weekly Email Newsletter
You're going to notice some changes to our weekly email newsletter in the coming weeks! In order to better keep you informed and to ensure important information is getting out to you, we'll be splitting the weekly email into two distinct newsletters, with one focusing on the Lifestyle aspect (such as events, activities, swimming pool information, etc.) and one for Association related topics (such as design review, covenants, board meetings, etc.). This email, the SunCrest Scene, will remain the go-to source for lifestyle activities in SunCrest. The new email, the Association Advisor, will be your new source for all things association-related.
These two emails will alternate every other week, so you won't see an increase in the number of emails you receive from the association. We also encourage you to follow us on social media (links are above) and to visit our website for information on all things SunCrest. |

Celebrate Spring with a colorful painting project! Erin, with For the Love of Art Studios, is back with a fun night of instructional painting on March 19th. Tickets are limited and will sell out, so get your early. For info on pricing, click the link below!
Due to the difficulty and skill-level needed for this particular project, we ask that those aged 12 and older participate.

St. Patrick's Day Virtual Bingo Bash |
Our St. Patrick's Day Bingo Bash is going virtual this year! Families will be able to participate in our annual St. Patrick's Day party from home, where you can win some fun prizes! Once registration closes on March 11th, we'll send out the information on how to participate at home using virtual Bingo Cards!
The game will take place on Saturday, March 13th at 10:00 AM and will run for about an hour.

Amendment to Rule #16
At the most recent Board of Trustees meeting, the Board voted to amend Rule #16, clarifying the policy regarding rentals and leasing units within the SunCrest Owners Association. We encourage you to visit the Governing Documents page of our website and review the amended rule.
Once we have sent out the first edition of the Association Advisor, you'll find a link here. You'll also see any important Association or Board-related information posted in this section. As a reminder, the Association Advisor will be your go-to source for all things related to the SunCrest Owners Association, including Design Review information, Covenants, and more.
