This Week's Worship
Online Sunday Worship
Join us for Sunday morning worship on our Facebook page and website  (if it's in the mood) at 9am and again at 10:45am. Bulletins for each week’s service will be sent along with the Grace Notes weekend issue, and will be posted on the website alongside the video for the service. If you miss the 9am or 10:45am video streams, you can always go back and watch later. You can access the bulletin for this Sunday HERE.

In-Person Worship
Weather permitting, Grace will hold outdoor, in-person on January 10, at 3:30pm. We will meet on the yard just behind the pavilion and the community gardens. In an effort to protect the health of our neighbors, participants must sign up in advance, and we will be limiting the attendance for this service to 30 households. You will receive an email confirming successful registration, and if the service is over capacity at the time you sign up, you will receive priority for next week's service.

Each household unit is asked to keep 12-15 feet distance from your closest neighbor on the lawn. Please wear a mask, and bring your own lawn chair or blanket. If you are unable to bring your own chair, please email David Burman at dburman@saygrace.net, and we will arrange to have one available for you.

Because the website is currently in a mood, please sign up by e-mailing Dabney at dcarden@saygrace.net.

Daily Worship
You are also invited to take part in the nearly-daily services of Morning Prayer and Compline that our curate, David, is offering. Available every day (except Sundays) via Zoom, Morning Prayer begins at 9:00 a.m., and Compline at 8:00 p.m.; see below for the Zoom addresses along with the passwords:

Food Pantry
Wednesday's pantry-session started off slowly, but by the time we closed at 1 p.m., we'd had 16 visitors who took food for 27 adults and 28 children (total 55). The sainted Richard Hyatt handled the pantry solo for a while but gratefully received reinforcement in the person of Jerry Evans, and the two of them assuaged a lot of hunger pangs throughout the morning and into the afternoon.

The pantry survived with only a large gaps, but since the missing items are some of the crucial staples, we do need to bolster our supplies. Most needed this week are:

* spaghetti sauce
* peanut butter (16-oz jars preferred)
* canned chicken, canned hams, canned tuna, Spam
* canned green beans, corn, peas
* pudding

Thanks to all our Grace folks and our astoundingly generous Belvoir neighbors, whose donations week in and week out let us provide immediate aid to those whose circumstances keep them short of supplies. We and they send our thanks!

Matilda Dunn
Grace got word on Tuesday that Matilda Dunn, who was Grace's assistant priest in the mid-nineties died in hospice care on Monday. Hers was a wonderful and unique pastoral voice which the world can ill spare; she was a blessing to her family and to many Episcopalians and congregations.

Give rest, O Christ, to your servant with all your saints,
where sorrow and pain are no more, neither sighing,
but life everlasting.
