Weekly Director Letter 02/12/2021
Dear Parents,

Love is certainly in the air at Kids For Kids Academy. The big excitement this week was the Valentine's Day celebrations! Please note Rainbow 2 and Yellow Door will have their Valentine's Day celebration on Tuesday. Those classes, please bring your cards to school on Tuesday. Exchanging Valentines is a time-honored tradition and the kids really love sharing cards and other items with their friends.

We are also feeling your love this month as many families have referred other families to our school. As a result, we are close to COVID capacity. Our Fall Kindergarten and First grade are full and we are down to our last 2 spaces for Fall VPK. For those of you who have referred other families, I thank you for your kind words. Once those enrolled families are here 30 days, we will thank you with a $125 tuition credit as a way of thanking you. If you have never referred a family, this is the easiest way to help pay for your tuition.

I took a stroll in the garden this week and our tomatoes are doing great. We also have some green peppers coming out and our lettuce is doing really well. Our cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower are looking healthy. We can't wait till they pop out their heads! In case you missed it, I did a little Storytime in the garden this week and posted the video on our school Facebook page on Wednesday. Check back and allow me to read the story to your child online!

As we are close to capacity for the fall, we need to confirm your fall enrollment in March before opening those spaces to families from the outside. All returning families will be billed their fall registration in 3 installments; $80 on March 15th, $80 on April 19th, and $80 on May 17th. If you are moving and WILL NOT be here for the fall, please let us know by March 10th so that we will know not to bill your account.

Finally, I would like to thank all of our families who are abiding by our social distancing request and who are approaching our school masked. Helping to keep our staff and students healthy is our #1 priority!

Reminder: We will be closed on Monday for President's Day.

Enjoy the long weekend!
