WHAT'S HAPPENING IN STERLING RANCH
ROAD CLOSURE: EAGLE RIVER STREET
Eagle River will be CLOSED for roadwork at the Williamsburg round-a-bout starting on Monday, April 12. Residents that live on the motor court off of Eagle River will be able to access the motor court from the Blue River/Eagle River round-a-bout. Please follow all road closure and detour signs, be aware of crews in the area, and drive cautiously. Only local traffic will be allowed through for driveway access. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 16.

COMMUNITY SHRED-IT EVENT
THIS WEEKEND!
Join us to securely destroy your unwanted personal documents in a Shred-it® mobile shredding truck at the Sterling Center this Saturday, April 10 from 10:00am-1:00pm.

COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP: APRIL 17
Residents of all ages are invited to help clean up the community to make sure it is beautiful for all of us to enjoy. Volunteers will be provided safety vests and trash bags to pick up trash and debris in different areas of the community. This is the perfect event for individuals needing volunteer hours for school or work!

Meet at the Sterling Center starting at 9:30am for complimentary breakfast and coffee before heading out on your pickup route.

All registered participants will be entered into a drawing for some awesome prizes!

WHAT'S UP?
  • Startup of the Sterling Ranch irrigation system will begin Monday, April 12th and run through the month. If you see leaks in the common areas by your home or as you walk/drive through the community, please let us know by going to info@sterlingranchcab.com or going to the forms section on the website. Please provide an exact description of the location and pictures (when possible) when you submit an irrigation concern.
  • Many residents have let us know that they never received their CAB Fees billing statement which were sent out a few weeks ago. If you did not receive yours, please contact us at 720-661-9694.
  • Mowing of the Denver Water Easement will the week of April 12-16.
  • All Playgrounds have been sprayed with PlayArmor™ and inspected for safety. PlayArmor™ is an antimicrobial coating specifically to protect playground equipment. PlayArmor does not protect against airborne transmission of viruses. Mask wearing and social distancing are still recommended per local requirements.
  • Construction on Piney River in front of the Sterling Center- Homebuilder work on Piney River will wrap up April 16. Until then be prepared for delays.

Fitness reservations at the Overlook Clubhouse will now only be required during peak usage times starting Monday, April 12! Please review the new reservation times below. Reservations will not be required during non-peak hours.

  • Each individual is limited to 3 reservations per week during peak times. Usage during non-peak times is on a first come, first serve basis.

PROGRAMMING WITH POYDS DANCE COMPANY
Acro Dance 101 is one of the newest kid/teen dance & fitness styles out in the industry! Acro Dance is exactly a combination of its name, think gymnastic floor work, dance, and Cirque du Soleil acrobatics all combined into one fun, interactive dance class! Acro Dance is a mixture of multiple traditional dance styles of ballet, jazz, and lyrical combined with a ton of fun acrobatic tricks and basic tumbling skills to create a new dance style for kids and teens! Some acro skills dancers will learn during their 6-week course includes somersaults, cartwheels, candlesticks, teddybear stands, bridges, front & back walkovers, fish flops, basic handstands, floor rolls, and much more while also focusing on key foundational dance movements to increase their overall body strength, flexibility, balance and muscle control. A great introductory class for any child seeking a fun, new alternative way to get into dance or to increase their overall health!
