Alan has served on two boards before joining us. He was on the Eastern Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce Board for two years and the UMBC Alumni Association Board for three years. While not working on The Station’s Board, he is the First Vice President of CBRE.

Alan was looking for a way to give back to his community which led him to The Baltimore Station. He attributes the old saying “Behind every great man is a great woman” to his drive to serve on The Station’s board. His wife’s job, being a social worker for the past 20 years, is a job about service and helping others. Alan’s drive to help others has stemmed from her example. The military has always had an influence on his life. Alan’s siblings and several other relatives have served in the military. There was a time he considered joining the service himself. He is honored to have a chance to serve those who have served our country. “My favorite part about being on this board is hearing about the different programs offered to the men which truly follow our mission and turn lives around.” While being part of the board, he hopes to help increase awareness of The Baltimore Station and to introduce other companies and leaders who would not normally hear about TBS otherwise. We look forward to working with Alan and wish him a warm welcome to our board!
