New Spring Sermon Series!
There are many different things competing for our attention in life. If we are not careful, we will lose focus of the things that really matter most. Throughout this series, we will be looking at four different things that God calls us to focus on. The joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction you have been desiring will require action on your part. Are you ready to let God realign your focus to increase your faith?

Splinters from the Board
David Bremner, Moderator
Next Board Meeting:
Sunday, May 16 @ 7:00 p.m.
My 2nd grade teacher told us that March comes in (weather wise with wind) like a Lion and goes out like a Lamb! Happy gentle Easter!
- The old pine tree at the road entrance has disappeared! Grass will be coming up soon there! Thanks to all who made it happen for the benefit of all Slash people!!
- We are Moving forward with "Church on the Hill" with interaction with the architect on features and processes for restoring old and installing new materials! Still working on Slash By-law revisions and the door is open for any insights and suggestions from any and all!
- The Slash Investment team is sensitively condensing some of Slash's multiple funds to create a well needed management outline. This helps maximize the income to do the ministry that honors our donors wishes!
- Please join in on campus yard work as the Lord may lead you.
If you have concerns or issues you want to express regarding the business of the church, please contact the Moderator, an Elder or our Minister so they may be addressed appropriately on the "High Road".
In His Love,
David Bremner, Moderator

Dear Michael and staff members at Slash,
I just finished watching the service on Facebook! It really lifted my spirits and gave me a message to think about. I cannot tell you in words what a great job you all have done for the past year - online worship, outside worship and the exceptional use of technology! We have all stayed connected despit the pandemic; even the children. I have enjoyed the Monday 10:00 a.m. "coffee" when I have time to join you. Also, the Worship & Wonder children's church was great. I wish you all a happy spring! I'll see you in person soon.
Sincerely,
Claudia Wells

Of those assited, 95 families (239 members) were new to our organization. 418 one-way rides were provided to our elderly clients with our Senior Rides program. We continue working wiht a skeleton crew of 15 volunteers and 5 drivers and are looking forward to the day of re-opening three days a week.
Thank you for your continued support!
With much appreciation,
Bonnie Hoskin
