Associate Broker, Tim Hagan, not only sold the most boats last month, but we're excited to announce that he has also stepped up to be our Regional Manager for our southernmost offices.

As he provides extra support to the sales team from LA Harbor to San Diego, he'll also be focusing on the continued growth of the company.

The tall ship Mystic Whaler with full sails
110' Tall Ship is On Her Way
Remember that 110' Tall Ship we keep mentioning now and again? The schooner's name is "Mystic Whaler" and after a successful sale (thanks to Yacht Broker Bob Nahm, Vicki Van Hook & Tim Hagan), she is making her way to new owners Roger and Sarah Chrisman. "Mystic Whaler" has spent the last 5 weeks making her way down the East Coast from Connecticut to Florida. As of Sunday, November 28th, she has been loaded on to the cargo ship "Cerulean" bound for the West Coast.

Built in 1967, "Mystic Whaler" is steel-hulled, two-masted, and gaff-rigged with 3,000 square feet of sails. She has modern amenities paired with a warm interior, and she's headed to Channel Islands Harbor. You might be wondering what her plans are in Ventura County. We're not at liberty to say just yet, so you'll have to stay tuned to find out... But she is due to arrive to her new hailing port just in time for Christmas!
