Yesterday was our Holiday Shop! Thank you to our teachers for allowing us to borrow their students and to all of the adults who volunteered! Students were so excited to shop for their families.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Erin Bosco for taking on the event after the fabulous Berry and Gigi. So many hours went into shopping, hunting out deals and locating a variety of items for our young shoppers to buy for loved ones. And then there was the storing, price stickering, and coordinating of volunteers and food for the teachers. So many steps it took to produce one hour of shopping for your kid, but worth it!
However, this event would never have happened if people didn't step up and help out! Thank you so much to our volunteers There was much to store, setup, sell (and replenish tables), help kids with their shopping lists and gift wrapping! It took a village to pull off this day!
Thank you, too, for those who donated food for our teachers, gift bags and wrapping paper, and those who brought in hats and mittens. There were so many ways to help out today and we appreciated anything that people could do! Together, we made today awesome!
