2022 GVBL Summer Rec League

Registration opens April 15th!

The GVBL Summer Rec League is for all students in grades 1-8. The season will run from the middle of June to the middle of August.

We hope to see all of you back this summer to play some more basketball! As always, we will be looking for coach and referee volunteers.

Registration begins THIS FRIDAY, 4/15! It will be taking place via the GVCO website as well as sent out in upcoming email communication.

Referees are needed for GVBL Summer League. Why not make a little cash and help out the league you grew up with? Sign up on the GVBL Student Referee Interest Signup form and we'll be in touch.

GVBL is looking for your help this Summer

"OLD GVBL REF CLUB"

Do you miss GVBL coaches yelling at you? Do you miss calling fouls on 7 year olds? Do you miss your neighbors screaming "Bad Call Ref !!" ?

Then GVBL wants you back this summer!

We are looking for adults to referee alongside student referees and help mentor them throughout the season. Think about giving back some of your time to GVBL this summer, get a little exercise and help the kids. Participate as much as you would like through a weekly online referee sign-up form.

Adults interested in reffing should complete an Adult Referee Interest Form.

Rising 4th grade Girls & Boys GV Tournament Teams

After a fantastic turnout at the March tournament team clinics, there will indeed be a girls and a boys team organized in the coming month. Several parents have volunteered to organize the two teams and will be meeting with GVBL tournament team committee members to go over some of the initial set-up of the teams.

Those who participated in the March clinics will be receiving additional information in the coming weeks. Those who missed the clinics and would like some additional information, please reach out to basketball@gvco.org.
