Our 1950's House Refresh Project is now completed. They are ready for the Fall with a newly painted and stained exterior. Any old wood has been removed and replaced, broken window glass fixed, and any possible draft spots have been insulated. Aren't the Before & After photos fantastic?

And we have left them with an idea for a future Phase 2...creating a living space on the roof. It would feel like sitting in a tree house!

Our big multi-room project is nearing the end! We are waiting for our deck and porch furniture to arrive, and the basement remodel in completed.

Beautiful quartz countertops and back splash tile will be installed this month to put this beautiful kitchen to work. And did I mention the home owner is a fantastic chef? Sometimes the most amazing opportunity to help out just presents itself. That is what happened when I received a call to help design Sleepy Coffee Too, a coffee shop located in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Kim is a retired special ed teacher, with a dream to open up a location where her students could work in the community. We are helping her realize that dream, and become an inspiration to other businesses.
