Join us in this new group who will learn how to incorporate more plant-based, whole foods into your daily diet. Topics will include:
* scripture's view on food
* modern day food culture
* motivation and barriers to change
Scientific evidence will be presented along with encouragement to rely on the holy Spirit for guidance. Weekly homework will consist of reading one chapter of "The Plan A Diet" by Cyd Notter. Books provided ($14).
