Great Things Happen
Please Donate To CEBA Today
The Center For Education, Business and the Arts (CEBA) is very close to becoming a reality! This innovation center will become a community hub where all people of all walks of life, ages, and backgrounds can gather, share ideas and learn and grow together.
"This is a community center where people from our county and region will benefit. We've received multiple letters of intent and letters of support from area business leaders, organizations, and community members who want to use the building. Now we need everyone's financial support to make it happen. Every dollar counts, your dollar counts,"
So, what is CEBA? CEBA is an innovation center where entrepreneurs and community members can acquire affordable education, business space, and valuable resources they need to start and grow their businesses. CEBA will include a much-needed culinary kitchen, conference/event center with a catering kitchen, a classroom for higher education, and co-working spaces.
CEBA’s collaborative environment will enable individuals to grow their business ideas to a point where they can open their own storefronts, thereby helping to revitalize the community, fill empty storefronts, and create new jobs.
Be a part of history and please donate today. Every dollar counts...your dollar counts.

“CEBA will be a change-maker in our community. The only way to make Shenandoah better is to invest in it,” Dave, "Lucky" Lukashunas
“What Can I Do For you Today,” is a common phrase you’ll hear when you visit Lucky’s Corner Deli and Kielbasi Shop in Shenandoah. Dave Lukashunas, aka Lucky and his wife Janet, are the owners of this community landmark that opened its doors in 1998.
Located at 720 W. Centre St., Lucky’s is best known for their award-winning old-style recipes and delicious homemade kielbasi. Some of the items on their menu are recipes passed down from his grandparents who owned Lucky’s Café and Restaurant and Goldy’s Café.
Recipes include fresh and smoked kielbasi, kielbasi burgers, kielbasi sticks, krakowska, tryolan sausage, soupies, bundukies, grillers, bangers, and stuffed hot peppers. Lucky explained they make custom meats right onsite. “It might take as long as three to six months to cure meats correctly, he said.
Thousands of people from all over the country travel to shop at Lucky’s. We have tremendous local support and we enjoy seeing and serving familiar faces every day. "The biggest thing in my heart is making a product that puts a smile on a face and people keep coming back."
Lucky believes that Shenandoah is the heartbeat of the state and it is important and valuable to invest in projects like The Center For Education, Business and the Arts. “CEBA will be a change-maker in our community. The only way to make Shenandoah better is to invest in it,” he said.
Lucky's was recently featured on a Discover NEPA’s segment. Check out the video and learn more on their Facebook page or call at 570-462-1447
