A Message from Mark Kessler, as TBA President
It is hard to believe we are in February already! Perhaps time is going fast because most of us could not wait for 2020 to be over. I hope you all had a great start to 2021.
By now, you should have seen information coming from staff regarding events and marketing opportunities available to you to promote your business to the community, here is a quick rundown:
●Membership Directory: This will be handed out at every event throughout the year. Limited ad space is still available through February 12th.
●TBA Golf Tournament: April 6, Golden Eagle Country Club
●Parade of Homes Event, May 8, 9, 15 & 16: Take advantage of this member-only opportunity to showcase your products and services to the community. Traditional walk through AND VIRTUAL tours are available to enter and the Virtual Tour stays on the TBA website for 12 months.
●TBA Saltwater Fishing Tournament: June 19, Carrabelle
●TBA Home & Garden Show: October 2 & 3, North Florida Fairgrounds inside climate-controlled building #’s 2 & 4. Watch for contract details coming soon.
●TBA Clay Shoot Competition: Date in October TBD, Talon Gun Range
●2nd Annual Homes for the Holidays is an opportunity to submit photos of homes that were not ready to be in the traditional walk-through parade event. This digital event begins on November 19 and stays on the TBA website for 12 months.
●Remodelers Showcase Awards: This digital event begins on November 19 and stays on the TBA website for 12 months.
●Holiday Banquet/Director Installation: December 2, Capital City Country Club
●Many Sponsorship Opportunities
●Advertising opportunities on the TBA website, TBA E-Newsletter, and the Parade of Homes and Home & Garden Show Magazines
●Monthly Green Building Council round table discussions
●Monthly GA updates
In addition to the above, watch for information coming out on Remodeler Council round table discussions and General Membership meetings.
