We are thrilled to invite you to the highly-anticipated Betsy Magness Graduate Institute (BMGI) – a program designed to empower industry leaders and Betsy alum, like you, to reach new heights. Each year, the BMGI curriculum is crafted from the ground up with a clear focus on fortifying your Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) experiences while fostering your ongoing professional growth.

Join us at BMGI 2023 for a journey of reflection and self-discovery. This year's BMGI will explore vertical development, which aims to amplify our thought processes, drawing from the collective wisdom we have learned from previous experience. Evolving as a leader requires a deep understanding of how our past shapes our current behavior and influences future decision-making. By actively participating in this transformative journey, you will refine your capacity for critical and strategic thinking, empowering you to navigate the complexities of today's dynamic workplace with confidence and seize the abundant opportunities that lie ahead.

Throughout our time together, we will: 

• Reflect on personal transformations we have experienced across our professional lives.  
• Understand that as we grow vertically, it impacts how we think about leadership and how we lead.

The WICT Network is expanding its global footprint and program offerings with the delivery of a Rising Leaders Program International. This program provides a cost-effective opportunity for companies to offer their high-potential employees graduate-level leadership training to ensure their continued motivation and engagement. A similar curriculum to our existing program will be employed with modifications based on regional needs and market differences in Europe.
