March 3 - Operations
Understanding and continuously optimizing “how things get done” in your business is critical to your success. The pandemic has made it even harder to manage. This session teaches you how to drive efficiency as key operating processes are covered to help you streamline, simplify and focus on what matters most.
March 10 - Sales & Marketing
COVID-19 has caused both a demand problem and a logistics problem. In this session, figure out how to satisfy customers' needs with your products and services despite current challenges.
