Summer is here! Woohoo! Read on to see what all we have happening in the studio over the next month. Also remember the studio can get quite warm in the summer so make sure to bring your water bottle and stay hydrated!

We are excited to announce that we have added more dates for our first ever Stomping Ground Studio summer kids' camp! A brand new opportunity for kids ages 5-14 to spend a week in the air exploring movement, strength, and creative expression, plus having lots of fun!

Each week we will sample a variety of aerial and floor techniques, play games, and learn age appropriate ways to keep our bodies safe and strong. Perfect for total beginners or kids with previous aerial experience alike.

More Open Gym Times!

Newly Added - Ground Open Gym

In our effort to make the studio more available, we decided to offer a new type of Open Gym for those wanting to work on their ground skills. Sign up for this option to train your handstands, flexibility, or to spend some time on our newest apparatus. Check out the fancy new Lollipop Lyra! Ooh la la!

Duo Aerial Class Is Back In July!

We missed you and are so happy to be resuming our beloved duo class! Please note we are taking the first Monday off so classes will be held on Mondays July 10, 17, 24, & 31!

This month we will focus on partner Silks, so mark your calendars!

Saturday, July 15th

SHOWCASE YOUR SKILLS AMIDST THE SILKS IN THIS ONE HOUR PHOTOSHOOT!

Join photographer Kelly of Starseed Studios at SGS for an exhilarating hour-long Aerial Silks photo session. Designed specifically for aerial artists, these sessions are meticulously planned to offer ample time for warming up and stretching.

There's only one spot left so grab it while you still can! We will be doing this again in November, so if you miss it this time around, you'll have another opportunity to sign up this fall!

SGS at St Anthony Village Fest Block Party!

FRIDAY, AUGUST 4TH

On Friday, August 4th, we will be setting up at the St. Anthony Main Block Party. We are hoping some of our students would like to hang out and perform to show people what we are up to at Stomping Ground. Please let us know if you are interested in doing some ambient style aerial at the block party. If you don't want to perform, still come by say hello and cheer others on!
