EDUCATION SESSION

Female Mentorship and The Next Gen: Navigating Careers in Finance

You will encounter opportunities and challenges in your finance career, whether you recently entered the field or have significant experience. Deciding which area of finance best aligns with your skills and background, dealing with the boys’ club or breaking through the glass ceiling are a few scenarios that usually lie ahead.

Learn to navigate past predictable and spontaneous obstacles by following tips and lessons learned from mentors who are senior women in the finance sector.

Following the discussion in this fireside chat, share your perspectives as you network with peers and women of diverse experience over drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

You are encouraged to invite a summer intern or guest in the financial services industry to attend, learn more about 100WF and become a member of the organization. Join 100WF here.
